Remodelling the layout to add a second bedroom provided additional accommodation to market this apartment. An acoustically dampened substrate was specified to enable a quality hardwood double border herringbone floor to be laid in this managed block. Antique brass fittings and deep pile carpets finished the bedrooms, and a marble shower room to complete the classic style. Bespoke joinery installed by an external furniture manufacturer.
Charlie completed this project whilst working for Marylebone Interiors Ltd.
