PROJECT DETAIL

Combining natural and artificial light, colour and ornament brings vibrancy to this architectural stairwell. Concealed LED strips provides low level functional lighting whilst highlighting the angular stair geometry. 30° beam angle gimbal downlights flood the wall ornament on a bold yellow wall creating a metaphor for sunrise. Natural light via a lantern roof light illuminates the stairwell during the day.

Charlie completed this project whilst working for Marylebone Interiors Ltd.

Charlie’s creative architectural style with lighting, colour and texture visually transformed what was a lacklustre hall and stairway into a striking and welcoming feature. Charlie’s client focused approach and good eye for detail made for a stunning outcome.
